Both paths include eligible feed distribution. External boards decide what they accept and display. A posting does not guarantee a board listing, applicants or a hire.

Planned reward — not active yet

Buy 10 paid one-off posts that successfully publish in your business account and earn one standard 30-day post free. Free, reward and subscription posts do not count. Refunds and disputes reverse stamps. If a reward was already used, future rewards wait until the balance recovers; no new charge is made. No cash value, transfers or subscription discount; no expiry. Rewards use the normal job review and publication rules. Availability will be confirmed in your one-off workspace after launch.

Warp Hub · for agency builders

Hiring is half the job. The Hub is the other half.

Warp Recruit fills your pipeline. Warp Hub is what your new agents open the next morning: what to do next, a place to log the day, and where the team stands. You see who needs you.

  • One next step

New agents work through your own activation steps one at a time: licensing, the exam, contracting, first dials.

  • A one-tap activity log

Dials, contacts, appointments and applications, tallied as they work. Built for a phone held in one hand.

  • Team and downline numbers

Owners see every agent, and every hub below theirs, in one total. No spreadsheet, no chasing.

  • A Needs You list

Who has gone quiet, whose license is running out, who asked to join. Worst first.

  • Room to grow

Move a leader and their team into a hub of their own. Neighboring hubs can connect and message each other. Numbers stay private.

  • Boards, badges, a private journal

Leaderboards and badges keep the habit going. Follow-up reminders and the journal stay private to the agent.

Every agency plan includes a Team Hub with 5 agent seats. Screens show a sample hub with fictional agents. No customer’s numbers appear on this page.

The Warp Hub Log Activity screen with a live tally: a large tap area that counts dials, plus contact and appointment buttons, an undo, and a date picker.
The Warp Hub home screen for a sample agent: 61 dials logged today of a 73-dial goal, a week strip showing four days logged, and contact, appointment and application totals.
The Warp Hub Team screen: this week’s team totals, three badge leaders, and a ranked leaderboard of sample agents with week, month and all-time tabs.

Inside Warp Recruit: from role to applicant

Four screens, in the order you would use them. These are the real product, shown with a demo workspace — no customer’s roles or applicants appear on this page.

  1. Step one

    Write the role once

Roles live in a gallery, not in a spreadsheet. Each one is checked against the compliance rules 1099 insurance recruiting actually has — commission-only, no base pay, no income promises — before it can go anywhere.

The Role Gallery in the Warp Recruit admin, showing six insurance sales roles, each marked ready with no compliance flags.
  2. Step two

Put it in the cities you hire in

One role becomes a separate local posting per market, each with its own copy and its own page, on a careers site under your agency’s name and hosted on Warp Recruit.

An agency careers site listing current openings, with one role recruiting in three markets: Austin TX, Phoenix AZ and Toledo OH.
  3. Step three

We submit the feed; you can see who took it

One XML feed covers every agency, so nobody registers anything. The page shows which boards pulled it, when, and how often — and says plainly which ones have not, because a crawl is not a placement.

The “Where your jobs appear” page listing each board with a live toggle, the date it last pulled the feed, and how many times.
  4. Step four

Everyone who applies lands in one pipeline

Applications from your careers page and from the boards arrive in the same place, with the stage they are in and where they came from. Connect GoHighLevel and applicants sync to your CRM — only applicants, never a sourced list.

The People screen filtered to applicants, showing four candidates at the applied, reviewing and interviewing stages with their source.

Where the visits come from

We measure every source. We don’t promise volume; we show you yours — the same breakdown, for your postings only, sits inside your workspace.

99% or more of those visits carry no referrer at all. We report that as unattributed rather than splitting it across the sources that do — a guess dressed as a measurement is worse than an honest gap.

What we can prove is reach: the postings are live, the feeds are being pulled, and AI assistants read 33,252 of our job pages in the same window. What happens after that is your market and your follow-up, and the workspace shows you both rather than telling you a number to expect.

Future subscription rates; agency beta is currently free. Half price for your first year for the first 200 agencies — and your rate never goes up as long as you stay. Not one of the first 200? Your price drops every month you stay, down to half price from month 7. Cancel and it starts over. Nothing is charged while Warp Recruit is in beta — there is no card on file and no automatic renewal.

Questions we get asked

Should I post one job or recruit continuously?
Use a $15 one-time posting for one supported general opening at an actual worksite. Use ongoing agency recruiting for reusable recruiting roles, supported market rollout and team workflows. Both include eligible feed distribution; external boards decide what they display. Remote and 1099 insurance recruiting use the agency path.
Our roles are 1099 and commission-only. Can you even post those?
The agency recruiting path supports 1099, commission-only opportunities with accurate disclosures. Insurance recruiting copy must disclose 1099, commission-only work, and role copy is scanned for income claims — anything flagged is held back rather than published and corrected later. That is also why boards requiring a salary are named as paid channels here instead of being sold to you as free reach.
Does it connect to GoHighLevel?
Yes, on Growth and above. Applicants sync into the sub-account you confirm by name — and you confirm it, because one-click connect has handed an agency someone else’s CRM. Sourced contacts never sync: only people who applied, or someone you push across one at a time.
Can the careers site run on our own domain?
Careers pages are hosted on Warp Recruit under your agency’s own path. Share the link shown in your workspace. Separate custom-domain careers hosting is not currently offered.
Which job boards can receive our roles?
Eligible connected feeds can carry your listings, but a feed fetch is not proof of a board listing. The workspace shows recorded channel activity, including the date each last pulled the feed. Boards that take the feed and publish nothing are labelled as such. Indeed and a few others require sponsorship for commission-only roles, so they are listed as paid, and no free board is presented as more than it is.
Do one-off jobs or agency beta access renew automatically?
A one-off worksite job costs $15 once for 30 days from successful publication and does not renew automatically. Agency founding beta access currently has no card or automatic subscription charge. Future paid plans require their own confirmed terms; existing complimentary and lifetime access stays in place.
Who can see our candidates?
Your workspace is yours. Every query is scoped to your organization and audited for it in the build; applicant contact details are never shared between agencies, and we do not read anyone’s mailbox — replies come back to us through a signed address, not through access to your inbox.
What is Warp Hub?
Warp Hub is the app independent insurance agents use every day after they are hired. New agents follow your onboarding steps from pre-licensed to producing. Licensed agents log dials, contacts, appointments and applications with a one-tap tally and see the team board. Owners see who needs them, and the numbers for every agent and every hub below theirs.
What does the Hub cost?
Every Warp Recruit agency plan includes a Team Hub with 5 agent seats. Running a team of 100 or more agents? We’ll build a plan around your size. The Hub is also free to try while it is in beta; we will say so plainly, well before anything is charged.
